Care Instructions:
Initial treatment was done with food-grade Mineral Oil
Wipe with a damp cloth to clean after use.
Every now and then you can rub food-grade mineral oil on to the board. Food-grade mineral oil is a non-toxic, non-drying product derived from petroleum that is colourless, odourless, and flavourless. Its properties prevent water absorption, which makes food-grade mineral oil a popular choice for wooden kitchen items.
Do not wash in a dishwasher.
